On My Own is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual disabilities in the Los Angeles County area. Our services assist individuals with exercising civil and human rights in order to live fully integrated lives in mainstream society.

Supported Living Services & Independent Living Services

Independent Living Services (ILS) is a time-limited service designed for adults who wish to become more self-sufficient, but do not intend on moving into their own home. Supported Living Services (SLS) supports individuals living in a home they rent and fully control or individuals residing at home with family who have a goal of moving into their own home within a six-month timeframe.
